This package of custom coaching services is tailored for newer officers, focusing on essential leadership development skills. It includes: A one-hour initial assessment via Zoom or a similar video platform, 3 one-hour coaching sessions, a personalized development plan, a resume review, career path development, strategies for using social media in networking, and general networking techniques. Additionally, you will receive a journal to track your progress and thoughts, access to online resources via Google Drive for a specified period, and online support from South Consulting LLC for three months after the completion of the package services.
Leadership Development Package
This custom coaching package is perfect for experienced officers looking to enhance their leadership skills and improve as informal leaders. It includes:
· A one-hour initial assessment via Zoom or a similar video platform.
· 6 one-hour coaching sessions
· Resume Review
· Career Path Development
· Use of social media in networking
· Networking in general.
· A Journal to track your progress and thoughts
· A personalized plan to develop your leadership skills

Foundational package is $500.
Our Leadership Development Package is priced at $750, while the Transition Package also costs $750. For a Comprehensive Package, you can opt for $250 per month over 12 months, which requires a contract.
We also offer custom coaching packages tailored to your needs, with pricing based on the specifics of the package you choose.
Agency pricing is available as well.
You will be invoiced once you select a package, and we accept credit cards.
