The comprehensive support package is designed for individuals who have previously completed one of our packages (recommended but not required) and offers ongoing support for a period of one year.

3 one-hour coaching sessions

Access to online resources via Google Drive for a specified period
Online Support from South Consulting LLC for three months after completion of package services
Leadership Development Package
This package is perfect for the more experienced officers who want to enhance their leadership skills and better themselves as informal leaders. It includes:
· A one-hour initial assessment via Zoom or a similar video platform.
· 6 one-hour coaching sessions

· An initial one-hour assessment to determine your ongoing support needs
· A minimum of one hour per month online session for 12 months via Zoom or a similar video platform
Bi-weekly check-ins via email or phone
Unlimited access via email
Video sessions as needed in addition to the one monthly session
